Jan 28 Bellbrook, Ohio // Jacob & Bonnie Married

Jacob and Bonnie have to be one of the sweetest couples alive. I love when photographing a wedding day makes me feel all the emotions right alongside a couple. I almost felt like I was back in my own wedding day. haha

When the three of us first met, Jacob & Bonnie shared their amazing engagement story with me. Working for Delta Private Jets, Jacob was able to take them on a little trip and mid-flight the captain came out from the cockpit to "tidy up a bit" (really to take some pictures). That's when Jacob asked Bonnie for their relationship to last a lifetime. As a pilot, flying makes me so giddy, and the fact that their engagement began mid-air and their relationship began at a flying camp makes the pilot in me beam.

Little details of flying culture could be found in Jacob & Bonnie's day; from aviation maps as placemats to paper airplanes being thrown as they left. Everything came together in a beautiful way for these two, including the weather. At the beginning of January, you'd expect it to be freezing, but the day ended up being stunning; just missing the crazy snowstorm.

I am so happy for these two lovebirds and I wish them all the best!
